Work History

In 2015, I accepted a position with TeeTurtle.com in their customer service department. There I worked with team members to help assist customers with a variety of situations. This experience helped me to improve my communication skills as well as improve my problem-solving.

After two years of hard work, I was promoted to the Customer Service Manager position. This opportunity accelerated my problem-solving learning, as well as helped me fine-tune my interdepartmental communications. The biggest lessons I learned here though, was managing employees and properly delegating tasks.

I had begun learning Front End Development procedures through various websites and learning videos in my free time. I enjoyed it so much, in July of 2018, I decided to be properly trained in that field and enrolled at STLCC in the Web Development Progam. I took many classes there that taught me HTML, CSS, and Javascript. As well as I learned many of the basics for Java, PHP, and SQL. I graduated from the program with a 4.0 GPA within 2 years.

Before I had finished my schooling, I was approached by Archlight Enterainment LLC. to develop a webpage for them. They requested a landing page and at least three subsequent pages. This was a great experience, as I was able to put to use the information I had been learning at STLCC.

I am dedicated to working hard and collaborating with a team to accomplish goals and ensure continued business success.

My educational background is in Web Development where I have become fluent in HTML, CSS, Javascript, and JQuery, while also learning the basics of Python, Java, PHP, and SQL. With these skills, I have built multiple web pages both from scratch and from third party software including Wordpress and Wix.
